Reporting
- Export selected samples to Excel, or the MedCalc statistical software package;
- Calculation of monthly averages (mean and median) of sperm concentration,
grade (a) and grade (a)+(b) motility as well as linear velocity, for quality control purposes. Averages can be exported to Excel or MedCalc.
System Requirements
- AutoSperm is compatible with Windows 2000, Windows Server 2003, Windows XP and Windows Vista.
- Requires a PC with a free serial port (RS-232).
- Database: SQL Server 2000, SQL Server 2005.
AutoSperm can also use SQL Express 2005, which is available as a free download from Microsoft.
- SQL Express 2005 and .NET framework 2 are included on AutoSperm installation CD.
- A microscrope with zoom drawing tube.
The AutoSperm system consist of the AutoSperm software and a DrawingBoard digitizing tablet with customized 4-button cursor.
The AutoSperm system does not include computer, Windows operating system, microscope or zoom drawing tube.
